RETURN POLICY
We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges in accordance with U.S. federal law and New Jersey state consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility - To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including packaging.
Exclusions: Gift cards, final sale items, and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This policy does not apply to returns processed through Point of Sale.
How to Return an Item:
Contact Us: Email our customer service at [contact@solcege.com] with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective item, shipping error, or other issue on our part. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Packing: Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any tags or documentation, and return the product to us within 30 days.
EXCHAGE POLICY
At SOLCEGE, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the nature of skincare items, we do not offer exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Exchange:
You may request an exchange if:
The product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping.
You receive the wrong item in your order.
The seal is broken or tampered with upon arrival (not due to customer handling).
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@solcege.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
Approval Process: Once we review your request, we will notify you if the exchange is approved.
Replacement Shipment: If approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit or refund.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Products that have been used or opened (unless defective upon arrival).
Damage caused after delivery.
Orders beyond the 30 days exchange window.
We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at contact@solcege.com. Once this window has passed, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has been processed, please follow our standard return process once you receive your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Gift cards (final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash)
Sale items & final sale products (discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return)
REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at contact@solcege.com to initiate the return and refund process.
